DELIVERY

Orders placed over the weekend are handled between Monday to Friday and will be dispatched within 3-4 working days. Goods are delivered either by An Post or Fastway Couriers and will need a daytime contact number and someone should be available at the delivery address to receive the goods. If someone can't be available and you'd like to have the goods delivered by An Post then thats no problem - just let us know of your preference before you order and have a look at the Delivery Costs Guidelines below (shaded blue section).

An Post may be used for some deliveries, in particular for smaller items, so that someone doesn't need to be at home to accept delivery.

If you are living abroad and would like to send a gift home and would like it wrapped and a handwritten card included just drop us a mail to info@eboutique.ie and we'd be delighted to do this for you (free of charge of course).

Deliveries within Ireland

If you order online your product will be dispatched in approximately 3-4 working days.

We operate a Flat Rate delivery cost of €4.95 (this is for an unlimited number of items - sometimes the actual delivery cost may be lower or higher depending on the weight but we average the delivery charges and always use a flat rate of €4.95 for delivery). Whether you order 4 cushions and a few bed throws or a small candle holder the delivery charge is €4.95. We sometimes select either An Post or Fastway couriers to deliver your purchase.

If you wish to order something thats quiet light such as an apron or ribbon then you can avail of a lower delivery charge and we can organise delivery with An Post and avail of a much lower delivery rate than the standard €4.95 charge so please if this is the case drop us a mail to info@eboutique.ie and we can organise a way to avail of a much cheaper delivery charge for these light items.

Deliveries outside Ireland

1. Place an order on the site and proceed to checkout where there is a button 'Submit Order for Delivery Costs Enquiry' (no payment needs to be made until you are informed of the delivery charges).

2. We will check out the delivery costs and revert to you as soon as possible to inform you of the costs.

3. We will then send a mail with an invoice informing you of the costs and only at this point does payment need to be made.

The goods will be dispatched once the funds are cleared. Delivery outside Ireland may take up to 15 working days.

The majority of items can be delivered as a ‘Packet’ but for items of larger dimensions e.g.paintings 1mx1m would be delivered as a ‘Parcel’

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Online

We accept Online payment methods - Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Solo, 3v, PayPal Master Card and Top Up Card.

Bank Transfer/Cash Lodgement

If you want to pay by cash/bank transfer please mail us on info@eboutique.ie or call us on 00 353 (0)51 293888 so that we can (a) take your Order details e.g. Product Ref, Delivery details, etc) and provide you with an Order Reference and (b) provide you with our bank details. Once the funds have cleared then we will dispatch the goods.

Cheque

If you want to pay by cheque please mail us on info@eboutique.ie or call us on 00 353 (0)51 293888 so that we can take your Order details (Product Ref, Delivery details, etc) and provide you with an Order Reference. The cheque should be made payable to eBoutique. Once the cheque has cleared we will then dispatch the goods.
