Where is eBoutique located?
We are based at Unit 0B, Dungarvan Business Park, Dungarvan, Co Waterford, Ireland.
 
Is it possible to Pick up goods?
Absolutely no problem.  You can drop us a mail on info@eboutique.ie or call us on 087 9556434, we will take your order and organise a convenient time for the goods to be picked up.

What are the delivery costs if I order more than 1 product?
Regardless of the number of products you order the delivery costs will be 6 (within Ireland).
The delivery costs outside of Ireland do vary and are determined based on each Order.

How can I get a Product Catalogue?
Just send an email to info@eboutique.ie with your name and address information and we'll pop a Catalogue in the post to you.

How can I be informed about new products, discounts, etc?
There are 3 options:

1.  Twitter - You can follow us on Twitter - http://twitter.com/eboutiqueonline
2.  Newsletter - On our Homepage go to the option to 'Subscribe to the Newsletter' (simply add your email address in this box and select the Enter button).
3.  Facebook - Become a Fan on our Facebook account (instructions below).

Do you have a Facebook account that I can register on for regular updates?
and select the option to 'Become a Fan'.  This way you'll be informed via Facebook of any updates e.g. new items, discounts but of course you also need to be registered on Facebook to see the updates.

Do you have a Blog?
Sure.  We have a Blog that you can follow where we share information such as hints and tips on home accessories and interiors.  There are 2 ways to access this:
1.  On the eBoutique Homepage you can get to the link by clicking on the Blog option (on the right side of the website).
2.  You can access our Blog directly by going to the URL - http://eboutiqueathome.wordpress.com/

Is paying Online Secure?
All payments are securely processed by PayPal who are compliant with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) a mandatory compliance standard for all payment service providers.

Who can I contact in the event of a Complaint?
If you have a complaint please drop us a mail on info@eboutique.ie and we will contact you to try and resolve the complaint.

Yes VAT is included.
 
How can I redeem a Gift Voucher?
Simply add your chosen products to the Shopping Basket, proceed to Check Out, Submit the Order, you can either Login if you are an existing Customer, register a New User or Skip Login and Checkout.  You will then end up in a screen with a summary of your Shopping Basket Items and here you can enter your Voucher Code in the option for 'promotional code for discount' and select recalculate.  Once you are happy with your purchases you can then click on Submit and your Order will be processed.
