We hope you enjoy your goods but if you are not satisfied then they can be returned either for an exchange or a refund.
Goods will need to be returned within 14 days of delivery together in the original packaging and undamaged. Please contact us on info@eboutique.ie with the details.
Damaged/Faulty Goods
If the goods arrive and are damaged or faulty please inform us within 2 days and drop us a mail at info@eboutique.ie so that we can arrange for the return of the goods. We will then organise either a refund or replacement and will also refund you the cost of the return shipment and in the event of a replacement we will also pay for the shipping costs. |
